Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Orbital-X Magnetic Levitation Speaker, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Return Conditions

• Product must be returned in its original packaging with all protective materials
• Product must be in resalable condition with no signs of damage or excessive use
• All included accessories (power adapter, manual, etc.) must be returned
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence cannot be returned. The magnetic levitation mechanism is sensitive and must be handled with care.

Refund Process

1. Contact us through our contact page to request a return authorization
2. Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided
3. Once received and inspected (within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
